CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation
Policy applies to all appointments booked with IN SYNC HAIR & BODY WORKS,
INC. (“In Sync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, you agree to
the terms below.

1. 24-Hour Notice Required

In short: Cancellations or
reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

We ask that you notify
us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an
appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keeps
our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

2. Late Cancellations and
No-Shows

In short: Cancellations made less
than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% charge.

If you cancel or
reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your
scheduled appointment, a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service price will
apply. This charge may be billed to the card on file or invoiced directly,
depending on how your appointment was booked.

3. How to Cancel or
Reschedule

reschedule, please contact us as early as possible using your confirmation
details, or reach out directly at jenn@beautyinsync.com.

4. Exceptions

We understand that
emergencies happen. Late cancellation charges may be waived at our discretion
in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact
us directly to discuss your situation.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this
Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects
the most recent revision.
